We work with your staff (and with your constituents if we are developing a Website Strategy) to analyze your current technology environment and capabilities. After determining the gap between your current and desired state, we prepare a comprehensive report that outlines the role technology should play in helping you accomplish your mission and achieve your strategic goals. A clear and prioritized action plan will show your executive team what steps must be taken to close the gap, along with an expected budget and timeline to implement the recommendations.
