10. Is the Framework designed for small or large associations?
The Framework is designed for use by both small and large associations. It has been used by non-technical project managers in small associations, as well as by IT departments in large associations. A small association may not need certain sections of the Framework, such as the one on Internally Developed Software, but all sizes of associations will benefit from the guidance and templates it provides. Step-by-step instructions are provided for every document in the Framework.
